1. Direct sales through maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
2. Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
3. Negotiating their terms of an agreement and closing sales
4. Gathering market and customer information
5. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customer support
6. Advising customers on forthcoming product developments
7. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
8. Gaining a clear understanding of customers business and requirements
9. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
1. Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration
2. 8+ years in sales experience in packaging company
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
4. Must have knowledge of packaging products.
5. Sales background in Packaging industry.
